Our appraisers have completed appraisal coursework and are certified through the Certified Appraisers Guild of America (CAGA).
Our appraisers are certified in the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) principles and all appraisals meet or exceed this recognized standard. Appraisal assignments and clientele include major lending institutions, insurance companies, law firms and certified public accountants.

OUR VISION
Big enough to handle the largest projects but small enough to provide one-to-one service, Certified Asset Appraisals provides our clients across the country cost effective and timely appraisal and inventory services.
Mergers and acquisitions call for a good inventory and valuation of the assets. Whether it’s a medical facility seeking a medical equipment appraisal, a construction firm wanting a construction equipment appraisal, or a restaurant needing a kitchen equipment appraisal, the buyers and sellers need to know what and where the company’s assets are and what they are worth. Lenders want appraisals of their client’s assets for loan collateral and SBA loans.

Travis has been with Certified Asset Appraisals since 2007.
His appraisal expertise covers all equipment areas and he’s a specialist in furniture, IT equipment, Audio Visual equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, and medical clinic equipment.
Travis also has extensive experience in conducting asset inventories and reviews.
